Terms Of Service
By submitting your project to The Pitch, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
The Pitch is open to individuals 18 years or older. You must be the creator, owner, or authorized representative of the content you submit.
2. Submission Rules
All entries must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
Submissions must be received by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM CST.
By checking the box, you agree to allow your content to be reviewed by Vision Network’s internal panel.
Finalists may be contacted for interviews, promotional use, or additional materials.
3. Ownership & Rights
You retain full ownership of your project. However, by entering:
You grant Vision Network a non-exclusive license to review, feature, and promote your work in connection with the competition.
If selected as a winner, a separate agreement will outline the terms of any streaming, production, or licensing deal.
4. Prizes
Prizes may include a $5,000 cash award, a streaming opportunity, and media exposure. Prizes are subject to eligibility and compliance with submission requirements.
5. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any submission that:
Contains inappropriate, plagiarized, or offensive content
Violates these Terms
Appears to be fraudulent or misleading
6. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree that Vision Network and its affiliates are not liable for:
Technical errors or delays
Lost, damaged, or misdirected submissions
Any claims resulting from participation in the competition
